Jon Aaron trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, which has granted him full certification as an MBSR teacher. He has taught over 65 cycles of the seminal curriculum, as well as numerous courses for alumni of the program. He has also trained to work with people struggling with trauma and is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner®.

  • I'm new to the Feldenkrais Method® and/or Meditation. Will this be suitable for me?

    Yes! The membership is designed to be very welcoming and appropriate for beginners as well as for people who have experience. In fact, we've got some special beginners' courses and series to help you to get started.

  • Can I view the course material on my smartphone or tablet?

    Yes! The course is completely responsive and will work on your computer as well as any mobile device you choose. So don't fret, you can have easy access to your movement and meditation on-the-go.

  • How does the membership work?

    The membership consists of two primary components.

    #1 The On-Demand Library: The library gives you instant access to recorded lessons, guided meditations, nourishing immersions, and more.

    #2 Live Classes & Courses: As a Embodied Wellness Plus+ Member you access to unlimited classes and one live course each month. Registration is required for these events and you'll be able to register inside the membership portal.

    It's important to remember that the fee for this membership is an automatically recurring payment based on the payment option you choose. If you choose to purchase the Annual payment, it will automatically recur on the anniversary of your sign up date. You are always free to cancel at any time.

  • Will I get immediate access?

    Yes and No.

    One course is added to the membership each month. Since, these have a live component they are released on a schedule.

    The Libraries, on the other hand, are available immediately. That said, you'll find that each month there are nourishing immersions and movement class series that we'll move through as a group and those are often released on a timed schedule.

  • What courses are included?

    We add one course a month and cycle through three key areas: movement, meditation, and nourishment. There are nine courses in total. There is an incredible value for attending a course more than once.

  • How long do I have access to the materials?

    You have unlimited access to all of the Embodied Wellness Membership on-demand library and live classes* for as long as you are enrolled as a member.

    *The number of classes that you receive depends on which membership you are enrolled in.

  • What if I decide that this membership isn't for me?

    We would never want you to be unhappy! That's why we offer a one-time money-back guarantee.

    If you’re on a monthly paid plan, then you’re entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days of your paid plan. If you used a promotional coupon to purchase your paid plan, then you must cancel before your first billing cycle.   • May I share this with my employees?

    We want your Wellness Practice to move and learn together. So, your login information to the on-demand is good for you and five of your office employees. You will only receive one log-in account and one advanced affiliate account per paid user. In addition, the classes, coaching, or meditation series may not be shared.

  • How do I share this with my clients?
