We're committed to helping those with persistent pain to suffer less and live more! So we created a platform just for them! A membership designed to help them to move with ease, cultivate a calm mind, and reconnect with the joys of cooking.

But also believe that a big part of thriving is having the right support. 

So, we've also created a membership for Helping & Healing Professionals. Here, we act as a resource for their clients and help them to connect with others who can benefit from their services.

By bridging the two worlds, we can help those with pain and those who care for them to THRIVE.

What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present. It's being aware of where we are and what we’re doing without being overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

We'll guide you through the process of creating a regular meditation practice. And we'll show you how to bring mindfulness into everyday life!

As you capacity to be mindful grows you'll let go of unnecessary stress, meet physical challenges with greater ease, and live your life with more joy.

A FOCUS ON NOURISHMENT

If you live with pain, then inflammation is something that's on your radar. Food is one of those lifestyle habits that can have a BIG impact on our inflammation.

As part of the Well-Being portion of the membership, we'll focus on clean eating and inspired cooking. We'll explore theories of eating and ways to re-connect with the sensorial delights of food. You'll also receive recipes & suggestions to help keep cooking easy and your belly full. There'll be no feeling deprived here.

The live classes are what separate our Plus+ Membership from our Core Membership!

Our Core Membership is our most basic plan and perfect for those looking for a mostly self-study option. On the other hand, our Plus+ Membership includes unlimited Feldenkrais® Classes, Group Coaching, Online Meditation Sessions, and more.

All of the classes are held via Zoom — a video-based online platform. For our movement classes, this allows your instructor to customize her/his teaching based on what you do. For all of our events, you'll have an opportunity to learn with one of our instructors and engage with your fellow members.
